We are pleased to announce the launch of the new Springer book series Law and Literature in Europe, edited by Alexandra Juster (ISLL member since 2025).
The series provides a platform for monographs and edited volumes exploring European research at the intersection of law and literature. It pays particular attention to the distinctive evolution of the Law and Literature movement in Europe, shaped by the continent’s cultural, legal, and linguistic diversity, and welcomes works addressing contemporary social issues from this interdisciplinary perspective.
