- Arianna Sansone e M. Paola Mittica, Diritto e letteratura. Storia di una tradizione e stato dell’arte (Law and Literature. Tradition and State of the Art) – This piece describes, in summary, the report for the first ISLL seminar, titled Diritto e letteratura oggi (Law and literature today) and held in Bologna on 25 October 2008. The chosen form for this lecture is that of a review, and its main objective is to provide an overview of the Law and Literature offered for discussion. The first part surveys the Law and Literature tradition in Europe and the United States, where the main issues and problems treated emerge from the connection between law and literature. The second part focuses on the latest developments in Italy, making reference to materials collected from 2000 to 2008, and finishing up with a discussion of some questions relative to the current debate on method.

It has been published first in “Il Bigiavi”, the ISLL Sketchbook edited by Enrico Pattaro from 2008 to 2010.
